CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a $50 cancellation fee, per person, if the appointment is canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled time. Please be available for screening 1 hour before your appointment, for first-time visits and mobile calls, so that we may get to you on time.
If you fail to cancel/show up by appointment time, you will be charged $100.
