HOW DOES IV REHYDRATION WORK?

Good IV uses IV (intravenous) therapy. We hydrate and treat the symptoms of hangovers and performance fatigue with methods proven in the emergency room without the cost or wait time. This product is not intended to diagnose, cure or prevent disease or chronic conditions.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Most treatments take 45-60 minutes.

WHAT AREA IS GOOD IV SERVING?

Currently only serving Oregon in the Portland Metro area and Lake Oswego. Over 10 miles from the Lake Oswego location is a flat rate of $50 up to 20 miles.

WHAT AGES DO YOU TREAT?

Good IV will treat anyone medically approved between the ages of 18-80 . ID will be verified prior to service.

WILL I SEE A DOCTOR?

All of our patients are screened individually by a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Doctor. You will be treated by our Nurses who are certified and licensed by the State of Oregon.

Groups 10 or more (25% off)

There is a $150 non-refundable deposit for groups of 5 or more, which will be applied to the cost of treatment. Please call during business hours for details. Check out our Facebook page for specials.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?

Cash, All Major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Cryptocurrency.  No Checks please.

DO WE TAKE INSURANCE?

We are out of pocket only. We can provide a super bill if you are seeking reimbursement for Iron infusions. Good IV does not accept insurance or guarantee that insurance will cover the Iron infusions. All correspondence beyond this receipt is between the client and their insurance company.

DOES GOOD IV COME TO MY HOUSE?

We are currently only operating mobile services for groups and special circumstances. Please call with any questions. 503-880-0607

CAN I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT OUTSIDE OF REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS?

Yes. Appointments made outside of regular business hours will be answered based on staff availability. There is an additional $50 fee for nonbusiness days and after-hours. Please call for details. 503-880-0607

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a $50 cancellation fee, per person, if the appointment is canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled time or you have already been screened by a physician. Please be available for screening before your appointment so we may get to you on time. 

If you fail to cancel/show up by the time of the appointment you will be charged $100 per person.

If you are a party of 5 or more, there is a $150 non-refundable deposit which will be applied at the time of services.
